Every stairlift rented from us comes with a full warranty for the duration of your rental period. That means all servicing, callouts, parts and labour are included - with no added costs.

If your stairlift stops working, our goal is to be with you within 24 hours of your call. Our engineers are well-stocked and well-prepared, and they resolve most issues on the first visit. And if we can’t fix it? We’ll replace your stairlift entirely - without hesitation and at no cost to you.

All our engineers are highly experienced and travel with the major components needed for swift repairs. This allows us to fix almost all faults on the first visit.

We know how disruptive it can be when your stairlift is out of action, so we do everything possible to minimise downtime. Our goal is always to restore your lift quickly, safely and with minimal inconvenience to you or your household.

If you’ve bought a stairlift from us instead of renting, you’ll receive a one or two-year warranty depending on the model. Regular servicing is key to keeping your equipment running smoothly and our qualified engineers are available for maintenance as well as emergency support.

For extra reassurance, we also offer Care & Repair plans to cover servicing, callouts, labour and replacement parts - all tailored to suit your needs.
